Breton-inspired bistro/delicatessen in Guer
A taste for local produce and heritageMaison Tiegezh’s focus on
sharing delicious food and drink can also be found at Le Bistrot Breton, a typically Breton bistro which adjoins Michelin-starred restaurant. On the Place de la Gare in Guer, diners can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and brasserie-inspired dishes featuring local ingredients. Chef Baptiste Denieul wanted to create an accessible gourmet restaurant. Its gourmet dishes are inviting and showcase the local artisans behind the restaurant’s fish, charcuterie, ice-creams and babas. We also offer several home-made dishes and roasts, along with our dish of the day, served at lunchtime during the week.
A simple lunch or dinner
A gourmet bistro/delicatessen
All our products are made in Brittany by family-run companies which are renowned for their expertise. Our bistro/delicatessen is an original extension to the Michelin-starred restaurant and serves high quality products from all over Brittany.
These products can be enjoyed in the bistro/delicatessen and are also available to take away at a discounted price (20% off). My father’s family worked as grocers and I’m thrilled to pay tribute to them with this extension to the restaurant. All our dishes are served on boards, along with bread from Le Pain du Coin Boulangerie in Guer and salad.
